The "Shed of the Year."

I'm giving this the "tiny house" tag, even though these are (mostly) not tiny houses. They're sheds. I just don't like tag proliferation.

Mostly too small, too twee, and lacking essential structural solidity and fireproofing for proper hobbies.

I mean, how on earth is someone supposed to work on flamethrowers in those things?

So you won't have a tag for tag proliferation?

On a backroad in Vermont, there is a section of an airplane used as a tree fort, so if anybody ever wants to do one of these on "tree fort of the year" They should find it. I guess as a boy we called them "tree forts" but now they are 'treehouses.'

The Mini Manor is really cute. I could see that as being a nice little art studio or place to do my quilting and/or weaving. Heating in the winter would be a problem. Cute though!

At first I thought the post was going to be about finding a really big set of elk antlers.

I fail to see the difference between living in Mom's basement, or living in her backyard shed.

If you are going to settle for a space that small, go with a motor-home and see the country. At least the outside won't get boring in a week.

Paddy O beat me to it. Two Sheds Jackson is one of my favorite Python bits.

Who has this much time (and in some cases, money)?

It's supposed to be smaller on the outside.

Glad you discovered "Doctor Who."

Reminded me of a place I worked for one summer in college, just outside of Pittsburgh.

'Shed' and 'tiny house' are synonymous, anyway.
